Abstract :
I will discuss
how three sterile neutrinos alone can simultaneously explain neutrino
oscillations,
the observed dark
matter, and the baryon asymmetry of the Universe without new physics
above the Fermi
scale. The experimental prospects to search for these particles will be
outlined.
